Call for Participants:

 Master Class for Journalists and Audiovisual Professionals

We are excited to announce a unique Master Class scheduled for September 26-29, aimed at enhancing the skills of 60 journalists and professionals in the audiovisual sector across Albania. This intensive 4-day training session will focus on key areas of production, scripting, editing, sound, and camera work through a gender lens, featuring top European experts in these fields.

Participants: 60 journalists and audiovisual professionals

Location: Tirana

Training topic sessions:

• Production with a Gender Lens: Strategies for planning and producing content that promotes gender equality.
• Scripting for Equality: Techniques for writing scripts that challenge stereotypes and represent diverse perspectives.
• Editing and Sound Design: Best practices for editing and sound design that enhance the narrative’s gender sensitivity.
• Camera Work and Visual Storytelling: Skills for capturing visuals that break gender norms and promote inclusivity.

The master-class aims to involve top European experts in media production, gender studies, and media ethics. This Master Class is an exceptional opportunity for professionals in the field to develop their skills and contribute to more inclusive and diverse media production.
