Summary

This project aims to create a safe and supportive space for women and girls in the media industry by empowering their roles and promoting gender equality. Through building a supportive network, advocating for fairer policies, and developing capacities, the project helps women overcome challenges of discrimination and harassment in the workplace. With training, mentorship, and inclusion in decision-making, it seeks to create a more inclusive media landscape that is sensitive to gender issues.
