Zërat e Artit – A Night of Stories and Emotions at the “A. Z. Çajupi” Theater, Korçë

Last night’s stop of the “Voices of Art – A Caravan Across Albania” project was held at the “A. Z. Çajupi” Theater in Korçë, offering an unforgettable evening filled with emotion, memories, and rare artistic revelations.

Renowned names of Albanian art such as Josif Minga, Zamira Kita, Koço Qendro, Llazi Balashi, Ilda Pepi, Blerta Belliu, and Ylli Trajçe took the stage to share personal stories and behind-the-scenes moments from their artistic journeys. It was a night where laughter and tears met naturally, touching the hearts of all present.

Blerta Belliu, a talented actress and the evening’s moderator, brought vibrant energy to the event. Her wit and sincerity had the audience laughing wholeheartedly and moved by her deeply personal storytelling. She truly lived up to the nickname “The Ferrari of Korçë”!

Koço Qendro, a living legend of Albanian theater and cinema, delighted the audience with untold anecdotes from his life in the arts, leaving everyone smiling and admiring his legacy.

Llazi Balashi, veteran of the “Lira” Choir, gifted us a beautiful moment of shared singing. His words — “Singing keeps you alive, makes you feel young, gives you soul” — were a powerful reminder of music’s magic.

Josif Minga, composer and conductor, added another layer to the evening with musical memories and humorous moments, inviting the audience to sing along in an uplifting atmosphere.

Zamira Kita, esteemed actress and director, shared meaningful stories from her life and offered wise advice that will stay with us for a long time. Her presence continues to inspire generations.

Ilda Pepi delivered a touching story about watching her father return to the stage — and how she followed in his footsteps to find her own voice in the theater. It was a deeply moving and unforgettable moment.

Ylli Trajçe, a true cultural figure and storyteller, took us on a journey down a single street in Korçë — a street full of artists who shaped Albanian culture. His story reminded us how many untold paths like this lie across Korçë and Albania.

A heartfelt thank you to the city of Korçë for the warm hospitality, the audience for their energy and love, the artists for sharing their spirit, and @meki.gov.al for supporting this artistic journey.
