Ms. Sabina Kodra, is an experienced film producer. She has established Era Film company in 2001, which has produced so far 7 feture films, 4 short and many documentaries. Era Film is the leader company in the Albanian cinematography with a number of international prizes, the last one was “A shelter among the clouds”. Sabina is the producer of the first Albanian TV series focused on media freedom “The square of power”she founded in 2018 the first association for women in the audio-visual AWA as a necessity of the time to support the participation of women in the audio-visual sector and achieve gender equality in the decision-making bodies.

Ms.Valbona Sulçe (Kolgeci) is an experienced TV journalist, media activist and researcher. She holds a MA on European Studies from the University of Tirana, while having an BA in Literature and Languages from the same university. Her career as a journalist started with TV Arberia in 1998 as a political reporter and anchorwoman. She won the “Best TV program of the year 1999” prize for the daily program focused on the conflict in Kosova. Actually, she is a freelance journalist and a blogger. She has lectured for many years the subjects of “Reporting Diversity”, “Introduction to Media and Communication” for several universities in Albania. She is the author of the documentary "To raise above violence" funded by Small Grants Program of the Democracy Commission on 2020.

Ms. Suela Bako is an director, actress, writer, casting director. She has been part of many theatre and film productions. She’s a resident actress at “Aleksander Moisiu” theatre. She debuted as a theatre director in 2018. She has more than 10 years of experience as a TV director in the most important TV stations in Albania. She graduated MA in Film & Tv Directing in 2014. Since than she realised several short films and documentaries as a writer/director and her works have been shown and awarded in festivals such as Thessaloniki, Brussles and Krakow Film Festival. She’s a cofounder of Z-Studio, the first Albanian Actors Agency founded in 2021. She works as an as/lecturer in the University of Arts in Tirana, Film & Tv directing branch.

Ms. Irena Myzeqari is a senior lecturer at the European University of Tirana and a communication consultant. Her main fields of expertise are strategic communication, coaching and leadership. This last year she attended the Albanian School for Political Studies and in 2020, she was part of the Lead Albania Program, provided by AADF and worked as an advisor in the Cabinet of the Minister of Foreign Affairs. In July 2020 she attended a specialization course from Harvard Kennedy School, entitled “Leadership and Character in uncertain times”, while in the summer of 2016 a specialization course on “News media Literacy” offered by Stony Brook University. Since 2018 she has been actively involved in regional programs as a media literacy expert with a special focus on tackling disinformation.

Ms. Evis Nasto is a TV journalist with an experience of over 13 years in Albania. Graduated in Journalism at the Albanian Univeristy in Tirana with excellent results, she pursued her master degree education in PR and Marketing in 2011. She has worked as editor in chief at UTV television for many years, hosting two Tv shows as author. Recently, Evis has been engaged as trainer for youth and civil society organizations but also as a media researcher. She is a certified trainer of IREX Albania on Very Verified course, while working as social media manager at Albanian University. Her vast experience with social media campaigns is an asset for the success of this procet.

Ms. Eglantin Cenomeri born in Tirana, Albania in 1981, experienced part of her childhood in Berlin, Germany. She studied Directing and Dramaturgy at the Academy of Fine Arts, graduating successfully. Eglantina furthered her education with postgraduate studies, earning a Master’s Degree in Philosophy and Sociology from the University of Sciences in Tirana, focusing on “Theatre Anthropology” in her dissertation. Her career began as a director in the Young Directors Project at the National Theatre, where she directed George Goldenberg’s “Knepp.” She also gained valuable experience as an assistant director, collaborating with renowned figures such as Ellen Stewart at “La Mamma” theatre for “AESCLEPIUS” and Austrian Director Chris Papke for “Thomas Bernhard’s Force of Habit.” Eglantina’s talents extend to acting, with notable performances in various international theatrical productions, including works like “Becket’s Sweet – Thattine – Not I – Quad” with Astragali Teatro and Vangelis Vasilopoulos’ “Trojans.” She also participated in Bertolt Brecht’s “A Respectable Wedding” at the National Theatre of Tirana and Adonis Filipi’s “Electra” at the National Theatre. In addition to her stage work, Eglantina has made appearances in several short films, including “SATURDAY CIGARETTES” and “Signs” directed by Odeta Cunaj, which won the Short Film category at FILM FEST 2009. She has also contributed to feature films such as the Belgian production “DOSSIER K” directed by Yan Verhayan, which received the Special Jury Prize at the Durres International Film Festival in 2010, and “AGON,” a feature film directed by Robert Budina.

Ms. Suela Musta holds a PhD in Journalism and completed her Master’s studies in International Relations. She has worked in journalism at private television stations like “Arbëria” and “Telenorba” and served as a journalist and political editor at Top Albania Radio for five years. She collaborated with various press media and television stations during the ethnic conflict in Kosovo, including Rai Uno and “La Stampa.” She has worked as a correspondent for the Institute of War and Peace Studies (IWPR) in London and as a freelancer at Radio “Evropa e Lirë” in Prague. Mrs. Musta has held positions such as project coordinator at the “Field Journalists” Association and spokesperson and advisor for public relations in the Ministry of Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports. She has worked as a Project Coordinator at the Albanian Center for Youth Integration and collaborated with non-governmental organizations focusing on girls’ and women’s rights. She was elected as a member of the Governing Council of the National Radio and Television Council (AMA) and has authored articles in scientific journals. Ms. Musta has completed trainings and specializations in Europe, the USA, and Africa, and is proficient in Italian, English, French, and Spanish.
