Albanian Woman in Audiovisual
The “Breaking the Moulds – Shaping the Future” project, funded by the European Union and implemented by Albanian Women in Audiovisual (AWA) and SCiDEV, is seeking two experts to mentor the winners of the project’s mini-grants scheme.
Position Details
Position: Mentor for Mini-Grant Beneficiaries
Duration: 3 months (January–March)
Objective: To provide technical and creative guidance to beneficiaries implementing gender-sensitive media projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver two online mentoring sessions per month for each group of mini-grant beneficiaries.
- Provide guidance on concept development, scriptwriting, and production planning.
- Support post-production processes and ensure the overall quality of audiovisual outputs.
- Monitor the progress of supported projects and submit periodic reports.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in media, communication, audiovisual production, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of professional experience in audiovisual content production.
- Demonstrated experience in gender equality and gender-sensitive media production.
- Strong mentoring, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Albanian; knowledge of English is considered an asset.
