Summery

“Bootcamp against Sexual Harassment in Albania” is a project aimed at empowering young people through education and the creation of innovative solutions in the fight against gender-based violence. Through training, workshops, and a creative competition, the project helps raise awareness and provides practical tools to support victims and challenge social norms that facilitate sexual harassment. With financial support for the best ideas, this initiative seeks to bring about tangible change in society.

Objective

The project aims to engage young individuals, especially journalism, IT, social sciences, and arts students, in creating tools to raise awareness and report violence against women, with a focus on sexual violence. 

Keyponts:

Train Students

Training 20 students on forms of gender-based violence and the importance of combating the normalization of sexual harassment.

Development of Innovative Solutions

Participants will create tools to raise awareness and facilitate the reporting of gender-based violence.

Workshops and Practical Activities

Interactive sessions and hands-on activities to develop participants' skills.

Competitions and Funding

Five groups will compete, and the two best ideas will receive funding for implementation.
